Acube understands the need for quality disability support and offers reliable and rewarding partnerships with care professionals. Our support workers are required to pass our stringent criteria before processing applications and will ensure that the following qualifications, skills, and mandatory checks are adhered to:

  • Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the care sector .
  • CPR and First Aid Certificates 
  • Adherence to Full Police Checks
  • Adherence to NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Personal transport
  • Committed to providing safe and empathic care
  • Exceptional Customer Service
  • Good time management
  • Up to date Flu and Covid Vaccinations
  • Adherence to CPD
